Dear Scouters,

 

It is my sincere pleasure to announce the appointment of Nicholas Rosati as the Council Youth Commissioner for Greater Toronto Council, effective immediately. 

 

Nicholas is a Venturer Scout with 3rd Toronto and has demonstrated his stellar team work and initiative within his school and his community. After taking leadership within his Venturer Scout Company, the Company has grown. He is currently working with his Company to lead all members towards their Duke of Edinburgh and Queen’s Venturer Awards. Nicholas continuously shows he can motivate others as a member of his school’s Peer Leader team, by working with the Music Council and by working with other local events. His dedication and commitment to learning and teaching is demonstrated through his role as a tutor to children in all areas of academics. Nicholas has strong leadership and project management experience and has the skills and mindset that will make him an effective promoter and facilitator of youth involvement within his council and across the country. He will be a fantastic, fresh addition to Greater Toronto Council’s Key Three and the National Youth Network.
