POSITION STATEMENTS and Strategic Directions
(Leadership, Healthy Active Living and Environment)

Leadership, healthy active living and a clean environment are outcomes from Scouts Canada’s programs and practices. These outcomes are current topics of conversation at all levels of government, and in businesses and communities. With these new position statements helping to guide them, our program leaders will lead the next generation of Scouting youth as they become good citizens of Canada.

Our adult leaders promise to do their best and to help people at all times; when youth join our Movement they expect nothing less. Every group must ensure that the program meets the objectives our program standards were designed to achieve.
