  • Cover and Introduction revised to reflect current Chief Commissioner, the new name “Scouts Canada” and introducing the new Section 16000 relating to intellectual property.
  • Section 2000 reflects minor clarifications.
  • Section 4000 which reflects changes in youth/leader ratios (in particular 4008.2)
  • Section 6000 which clarifies 6001.2
  • Section 8000 which clarifies badge placement and includes new Uniform pictures for Venturers and Rovers including the new Focus Training.
  • Section 10000 which removed the previous 10001.1 (iii) and 10001.2 (i) as part of the youth/leader ratio changes, and a few minor clarifications.
  • Section 16000 - new, but encompasses past procedures
