Rachel, a Beaver leader from Saint John, NB says:
"I am a leader and meeting the children each week is lots of fun because they always want to learn lots of new fun things. We bring in special guests, take them to special places and they always seem to want to learn more things. I like working with children and they seem to like me!"

David from Scarborough says:
"I like Beavers a lot.  I like to make new friends and do crafts and stuff.  I don't like thunder!"

Tyler, 5, from Brampton writes:
"Hi!  My name is Tyler.  I am 5 years old.  This is my first year with Beavers and I love it so much.   We do lots of fun things together like playing games, sleepovers, skating and going to the park for bar-b-ques.  I can't wait for Beavers to start again in September."

Matthew, 7, from Toronto writes:
"Hi! I am almost 7 and last year was my first year with Beavers. It was fun to meet and play with other boys each week, do a craft and walk around our neighbourhood.  We did a garbage pick up, and we even sold apples to people on the sidewalk one afternoon. We went skating and bowling and we tried to go tobogganning, but then there was no snow!

My most favourite time was our spring camping trip in late April.  We slept in a cabin, and painted t-shirts, made Beaver necklaces, and had a big campfire.  On our nature walk we learned how not to get lost, and we climbed up and down a steep river bank (my mom needed some help from the dads)!
I love Beavers!"
