Early Registration - Deadline June 30

Its that time of year again when Groups are busily wrapping up the 2009/10 Scouting year and preparing for the  pre-registration of the 2010/11 Scouting year .

The following information is available on the "Quick Links" to the left.  Click on the "Forms & Procedures" link to access all Council documents, and then select  "Registration" for all the relevant forms and procedures.

Common Registration Errors & Omissions

Here are a few common errors that may cause a delay in processing your groups Early Registration Package:

     > "Volunteer" application form NOT signed by adult

     > Youth "Participant" application NOT signed by parent/guardian

     > "Volunteer" appliation form NOT signed by Group Commissioner

     >  EOAC Registration Submission Checklist NOT incuded

     > NOT using current year registration package forms: including 2010/11 Membership applications, Section Summaries and Cover Sheet

     > Fee amounts do NOT match registration package submission. 

     > Group Cheques with two signtures are the only accepted form of Registration Fee payment

Take your time, review the package complety before bring it to your Area Reconciliation Night for review.
