Cubs met at Goodness Me store on West Street to tour the store, learn about organic food, find out the source nations of food, take part in a photo scavenger hunt to find highlighted objects in the store and then describe their importance: water bottles, plastic bags, soap products etc. Youth looked for Fair Trade labels. Pack then walked to McDonalds and had ice cream while hearing from a store representative how McDonalds is working to reduced its carbon footprint, how it supports local communities and where it sources its food.
