Scouts Canada’s program is delivered by thousands of community-based volunteers across Canada. The Program Support team exists to support and enable these volunteers to deliver high quality programming though development opportunities, join-in events, third party courses, and dedicated coaching.
Program Support Managers, in collaboration with local volunteer leadership, are jointly accountable for managing the local networks of volunteers to deliver support to Scout Groups and Sections. Key success measures will include volunteer and youth retention, engagement, and program quality.
This role will be remote from your home office and can be located anywhere in Canada.
Council Key 3 (CK3) Engagement and Consultation
Council team are key partners in enabling and supporting quality Scouting programs. Program Support Managers are the single point of contact between local Program Support teams and CK3s. These responsibilities include:
