The Council created the Bursary Fund to manage existing investments and to receive donations from interested individuals to support youth attending provincial, national, international, and world events for their sections. A copy of the by-law is accessible here. A Statement of Investment Principles guides the Fund’s investment decisions. The Council does not foresee making payments from the Bursary Fund before September 2020. A disbursement plan to guide payments from the fund will be developed and published before then.
