The Council created the General Fund to manage existing investments and to receive donations from interested individuals to support other activities and to maintain the Russell Fund and the Cuboree Fund on their present terms. A copy of the by-law is accessible here. A Statement of Investment Principles guides the Fund’s investment decisions.
