Camp Hiawatha

Camp Hiawatha is situated on 22 acre property on Lower Lake Sixty, Annapolis County. The wilderness camp has 8 cabins, Kitchen/dining hall, craft hall, Chapel area and easy beach/lake access. Open field for activities, the lake is just the right size for paddling and our Acadian forrest for camping, exploring and more.

  • Program Offerings
  • Camp Hiawatha is a wilderness camp for outdoor adventure skills. The camp has no fixed program as of yet. The camp is in the process of renewing it current facilitates and adding new adventure opportunities.

    The camp does hoever have many sounds to enjoy, from the songs around the camp fire, the sounds of wilderness, the Loons call on the lake to the lake song when frozen. The howling of coyotes to the night owls hooting. The night sky star gazing and sometimes the northern lights.

  • General Camp Use 

    • Scouts Canada usage $7 per youth per night

    • Other youth organizations $8 per youth per night plus HST

    • General public $10 per person per night plus HST. Minimum booking cost $50
