Scouts for Leading Futures
Scouts for Leading Futures (SFLF) provides at-risk youth with the opportunity and resources to become confident and capable individuals, better prepared for career and life success. Through a tailored program, at-risk youth are provided with a supportive, experiential learning environment, where they can discover new activities, gain leadership skills and develop lasting friendships within their community.
SFLF recruits youth under the age of 30 to volunteer as facilitators to gain tangible real-life skills to further their professional development and community engagement. In addition, youth participants aged 15–26 years receive career coaching to help assess their strengths, competencies and interests to create education and career plans.
With your support, we can bring this new Scouting program to life and help support at-risk youth across Canada.
