During Scout-Guide Week, 3,337 pounds of food were delivered by Scouting youth to a local food bank. The Inn of the Good Shepherd supplies food to 1,800 people a month, including 700 children.
Over the past 12 years, Scouting Groups in Sarnia-Lambton have hosted the Hike for Hunger annually, accumulating a total of 38,000 pounds in food donations.
