PRINCE GEORGE CITIZEN – JULY 31, 2018
“Just being outside, helping the world, planting trees—all of that really gets me worked up and excited. I’ll be doing this for my whole life.” – Cub Scout, Robyn Bennett
At 9-years-old, Robyn led her 1st Prince George Pack in planting 100 trees at Camp Echo, inspired to reforest due to wildfires damaging areas in BC. In Scouting, nature is a classroom and playground. Thanks to young leaders like Robyn, Scouting youth contribute to a creating better world for tomorrow, by taking care of the environment today.
