Birds of a feather

After school was out, we went to our local hiking trail, and walked about a km in trail. There our group left various kinds of bird seed out; on the ground and in various perches they created with deadfall they found in the area. Over some hot coco and rice crispy squares, they discussed about the Avian Bird Flu, the signs and symptoms of it, how important birds are to humans, our environment, and how their migration can help spread. There we talked of ways we could help stop the spread. We planned to design a poster and display it in our local library to drawl awareness to the Bird Flu and how we can help stop the spread by keeping clean environments and reporting suspected cases.
