As part of Scout Week, the 215th Strathcona Cub Pack decided to plan and run a food drive event. The Cubs created flyers (samples attached) and sent them to the other Group Sections, and each Cub went to their families and neighbours looking for donations. On the collection night the Cubs brought their individual collection to the meeting, and we received many other donations from families in our Group. In total, 560lbs of food was collected as well as donations totaling $50 which were all delivered to the Calgary Food Bank. The Cubs did a great job of helping their community.
