Hello Pacific Coast Council Community,
I’m reaching out today with some important and exciting news.
After two years in my position as Council Youth Commissioner (CYC), I have started the process of moving for university. Unfortunatley, along with this move, I have had to step aside from my position in the council. It has been an absolute pleasure to be your CYC for all this time. Being able to represent our council and all of its incredible individuals at the local, regional, and national level has been nothing short of a fantastic experience. The Pacific Coast Council will always hold a special spot in my heart thanks to the actions of each and every one of you. I will continue to remain in this position until the role has been filled by a new CYC at which point, a follow up email will be sent.
As I transition out of this position, we are starting the recruitment process for a new Pacific Coast Council Youth Commissioner. In addition to this position, we are looking to recruit a team of individuals to assist in the recruitment process. This position would require you to be available to take part in interviews, provide evalutions, and ultimatley assist the CK3 in their recruitment process.

As aforementioned, it has been an absolute honour to be your CYC this past two years. Being a member of the Council Key 3 has been an opportunity of immense learning, development, and growth for me and I look forward to being able to pass on this incredible opportunity to you, the future of Scouts Canada.
