What you bring to the table:

• Experience working with volunteers and/or managing volunteers
• Experience working with youth and youth programming
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• A passion for Scouts Canada’s mission
• Strong networking skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people

Working Conditions:

• PRC (Police Record Check) and VSS (Vulnerable Sector Check) are required before the start date
• Mandatory training requirement
• Working from a home-office environment (depending on the role)
• Travel (depending on the role)
