Trust manages its investments with the assistance of a professional investment advisor. Trust’s by-laws authorize Trust to manage its investment in four pools: 

• The Bursary Fund
• The General Fund
  • The Eric Russell Memorial Fund
  • The Cuboree Fund

The Bursary Fund By-law governs a pool of funds to support youth in all sections attending jamborees and similar events provincially, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Bursaries will be issued starting in the 2020-2021 Scouting year. The General Fund By-law governs the Eric Russell Memorial Fund, the Cuboree Fund, and the General Fund.
