Miller Lake Park consists of 3600 Hectares of leased NS Provincial wilderness lands including area on the North side of Perrin Dr called Mainland Park and on the South side of Perrin Rd around Soldiers Lake. The Miller Lake Mainland area has twelve Cabins owned and maintained by their respective Scouting Groups proving a year-round centre for their youth to camp, hike and experience the outdoors. The adjacent Soldiers Lake area provides extensive trails and camp sites for hiking, canoeing and wilderness camping.
Miller Lake Park is looking to add to our family of Groups owning and supporting development of this park. If your Group or Section is interested in owning or sharing a Cabin, please contact the MLP Committee for more details. There are several existing cabins that with some work can be readied for use by all sections of your Group providing a home for your outdoor activities.
Cabin rentals are offered to Scouting and Guide groups by the respective Cabin Owners. To inquire for rental availability and rates or for more information on access and use of our Park please contact Miller Lake Park Committee Chair - Don Walsh at dgwalsh88@gmail.com
