Theme

Howlers from each group should send their ideas by December 15th to scouts1stwillowpoint@gmail.com.

Activities:

We typically base the activities around the Theme and OAS. Howlers will be invited to provide ideas in our January planning meeting.

General Info:

• Groups need to book their own campsites

• Groups do all their own meals

• Groups host activities during the day

Friday: individual groups set

Saturday: Cubs from all groups get intermixed for activities participation. Formal Campfire with each group leading 2 songs, presenting 1 skit and 2 cheers.

Sunday: Cubs' Own followed by competitions on the beach. including knot Tying relay, chariot race (bring your own poles and rope) & sand castle creation. Awards ceremony and dismissal.

1st Planning session will be late December.
