WOODSTOCK SENTINEL-REVIEW – APRIL 22, 2018
Everyone has a role to play in caring for our planet, and for Earth Day, around 100 people gathered to clean up the Woodstock community. With more than half of the participants being Scouting youth, the cleanup collected an astounding 720kgs of garbage and 160kg of recyclables.
“Part of what Scouts is about is community involvement, getting outdoors, and helping the environment,” shared 7th Woodstock Beaver Scouter, Dan Binns.
