The Tallest Tower Challenge is a competition designed to test the limits of innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among Scouts in Canada. This thrilling endeavour will encourage participants to think outside the box, collaborate with their fellow scouts, and build structures that reach new heights.

Fluor Canada, a leading engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company, has partnered with Scouts Canada to bring this extraordinary challenge to life. Fluor's commitment to pushing boundaries, embracing diversity, and nurturing talent align perfectly with the values Scouts Canada holds dear.
How it Works:
The challenge will be open to all Scouts across Canada, offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their ingenuity and construction skills. Scouts will form teams and be tasked with designing and building the tallest tower using a specific set of materials (30 sheets of paper, and tape). The tower can be constructed using various engineering techniques, and innovative methods the scouts can develop.
Throughout the challenge, scouts will be encouraged to document their progress, share their experiences, and learn from one another. This collaborative aspect will foster a sense of camaraderie and encourage scouts to exchange ideas and techniques, further enriching their scouting journey.

The winning team will be showcased in the Summer edition of ‘the Woggle’ and including a behind-the-scenes tour of Fluor Canada's state-of-the-art facilities, an exclusive mentorship opportunity with Fluor engineers, and recognition as the creators of the tallest tower in Scouts Canada history.
