The beavers learned about Viking boats and the science behind boats. They were challenged to build the best boat and then we used quarters to see which boat could hold the most. the kids were then asked what they thought they could do differently ( what changes could be made) to help their boat float with more quarters. We have then put the challenge out to all of the 144th to see what they come up with.
