Events Management Playbook

This is by far the most fun stage of the project, it is where the youth and Scouters enjoy the hard work the event team has put in place. The event is managed in three stages: pre-event (mobilization and readiness), event (the event itself) and post-event (demobilization and review).

  • In the post-event phase, it is important to take the time to conduct a review of the event itself while recent knowledge and documents at hand. This is further documented in an event action plan review of look-back report.
