This phase reviews the event from initiation, the Idea Phase, all the way through to execution and the event itself, Delivery Phase.
Learnings, positive and negative, are captured and event documents updated for the next event.
The event review is completed including financial reports, close out of all contracts, accounts payable and receivable are completed and submitted for storage and sharing.
