Events Management Playbook

One of the most commonly overlooked phases of project management, but nonetheless one of the most important.

  • This phase reviews the event from initiation, the Idea Phase, all the way through to execution and the event itself, Delivery Phase.
  • Learnings, positive and negative, are captured and event documents updated for the next event.
  • The event review is completed including financial reports, close out of all contracts, accounts payable and receivable are completed and submitted for storage and sharing.
  • Celebrate an event well delivered!
