A Captain with a Permit

Did you know that anyone over the age of 11 can earn their Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)? There are “Rules of the Water” for when you are in a boat, just like there are “Rules of the Road” for when you are driving in a car. Be prepared for your adventure on the water and successfully obtain your PCOC.
